Acceptable Use Policy

Use Box Motion Studio for lawful, authorized packaging and product-video work without harming others or the platform.Effective July 30, 2026

1. Content rights

Upload only artwork, branding, photographs, dielines, labels, 3D models, CAD files, logos, backgrounds, prompts, and other material that you own or are authorized to use. Do not use the Service to infringe copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use the Service to create, upload, distribute, or support:

  • Illegal products, transactions, instructions, or activity.
  • Fraud, counterfeiting, impersonation, or deceptive affiliation.
  • Knowingly false or materially misleading product claims.
  • Malware, malicious code, credential theft, or security attacks.
  • Harassment, threats, exploitation, hateful conduct, or unlawful discrimination.
  • Sexual exploitation of minors or any content that endangers a child.
  • Content that violates applicable advertising, labeling, marketplace, consumer-protection, export-control, or sanctions laws.
  • AI prompts or outputs intended to deceive viewers about material product characteristics, safety, performance, certification, or regulatory approval.

3. Platform integrity

You may not:

  • Bypass download, plan, seat, access, or security restrictions.
  • Share credentials outside your subscribed organization or create multiple Free accounts to evade limits.
  • Scrape, probe, reverse engineer, attack, overload, or disrupt the Service.
  • Use bots, scripts, unattended automation, or bulk-rendering systems without written permission.
  • Resell, sublicense, white-label, or provide access to the Service itself except under a written agreement with Box Motion Studio.
  • Remove ownership notices or falsely imply that Box Motion Studio endorses a product, company, or claim.

4. Client and marketplace work

Agencies and packaging companies may create videos for their clients using authorized artwork. You remain responsible for client approval, product claims, legal copy, warnings, trademarks, platform specifications, AI-generated variations, and the final published video. Box Motion Studio does not certify compliance with Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, Walmart, Home Depot, or any other marketplace.

5. Enforcement

We may remove access to content, limit exports, suspend users, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or report activity when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated or action is needed to protect users, third parties, or the Service. We consider context, severity, recurrence, intent, and legal obligations.

6. Reporting concerns

Report suspected infringement, abuse, or security concerns to support@boxmotionstudio.com. Include enough detail to identify the account, content, or conduct at issue. Do not transmit passwords, card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information.
