How to request deletion
Email support@boxmotionstudio.com from the email address connected to your Box Motion Studio account. Use the subject line “Delete My Account” and include your name and company or workspace name.
If you signed in with Google or ChatGPT, use the same email address connected to that social account so we can verify the request.
A workspace member may request deletion of their individual user profile. Deleting an entire company workspace, its projects, source assets, media, share links, and other members requires verification from the workspace Owner or another person with legal authority.
What happens next
- We confirm receipt of your request.
- We verify that you are authorized to delete the account.
- We delete or de-identify the account and associated personal information that we are not legally required to retain.
- We send confirmation when the request is complete.
Requests are ordinarily completed within 30 days. Limited billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or transaction records may be retained when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the Service.
Disconnecting social login
Removing Box Motion Studio from your Google or ChatGPT account stops future social authorization, but it does not automatically delete your Box Motion Studio workspace. Follow the deletion steps above if you also want the Box Motion Studio account removed.
Subscriptions and billing
Deleting a user or disconnecting social login does not by itself cancel a company subscription. Before requesting deletion, an authorized Owner or billing administrator should open Account → Subscription Control and cancel renewal. Limited transaction, tax, dispute, and fraud-prevention records may remain after deletion when required or reasonably necessary.
Local and downloaded files
Artwork, dielines, models, recovery data, and exported videos saved locally on your computer or browser are under your control. Deleting cloud account data does not remove those copies. Delete downloaded files and clear local browser storage separately if you no longer want to retain them.
